WIP: docs(mcp): README 改安裝+使用導向，零件投稿拆成 CONTRIBUTING-components.md

已於 2026-08-05 合併進 main（merge 1b6b775）——本 PR 標題掛著 WIP 從 2026-07-07 擱置至今，但內容其實是完整可用的。
