Leo 46651b3348 修 arcrun-rag#10（Arcrun@0d49989）：cypher 補 /portal/admin/ai＋UI 已輸入態 
- tier2/cypher：新增 GET|POST /portal/admin/ai（grep 0→2）——這是「key 從來沒存進去」的真因
- tier2/ui：拔掉寫死 cypher.arcrun.dev fallback（portal＋console 兩處，grep 歸 0）；
  金鑰欄改 leo 規格「已輸入＋修改」唯讀態（不顯示 key）
- manifest 24 顆 sha256 全數重新核對相符（含我手動重建的 ui）
- daemon 仍 v0.15.0，tier1 未變

Leo 94eb298c17 batch step3/4/5/6 全量重生（Arcrun@eefbed9）：步驟5 引擎條件邊＋recipe 三層 
來源＝Arcrun `batch/step3456-20260801`（eefbed9）＝step3 最前緣（已含 step4+step6＋
t158-t162）合入 step5。**先合流再打包**（bundle 是 worker 粒度，三步同一顆 cypher，
分開建會讓 stage 只拿到一步——08-01 那個坑）。

cypher 產物指紋（步驟5 新增，實查）：
  ON_BRANCH 13／ON_TRUE 9／ON_FALSE 11／branch_hint 4
  body_template 8／response_map 8／binding_name 4
步驟3/4/6 迴歸指紋（不得歸零，實查全在）：
  trySubstitution 3／input_schema 6／not_found 5／suggestion 2／success_rate 4／bundle_version 1
mcp 教材世代更新：「引擎不支援條件分支」字串歸 0，換成三型分支寫法＋branch_hint 指路。

保留未動（本建置腳本不產這兩顆）：tier1/code、tier2/ui、daemon 段（仍 v0.15.0，
這批不含新小幫手，leo 不必重下載）。core 條目維持 24。

順手清掉既存污染：上一版 staging 的 tier1/*/index.js 內含建置機器的絕對路徑
（`/Users/youlinhsieh/...`，19 檔命中）＝前次以 symlink node_modules 打包的殘留；
本次改為實體複製 node_modules 後重建，路徑回正常相對形式，命中歸 0。
⚠️ 僅 `tier1/code/index.js` 仍有（該檔本腳本不重建、本次未動），留給產它的那條線處理。

Leo 216d3512c6 t158 重打包（Arcrun@7e631a8）：/cypher/search mode 分流——複製路徑回毫秒級 
- compile＝純編圖零查詢（安裝器/acr push）；discover＝誠實查詢預設（契約不變）
- /cypher/execute 一律 compile；discover 批次化（registry 新增 /components/catalog）
- 本地實測：compile 8 節點 3ms（迴歸前水準）；verify 01/03 9/9 綠

Leo 0bfe37cffb feat/step3 全量重生（Arcrun@7e87a33）：查詢誠實化 cypher/registry＋manifest 投影乾淨 
- build-bundles.mjs（work/installer-batch-0725 版）＋build-ui-bundle.mjs 全量建：
  tier1 19（18 TinyGo＋code）＋tier2 4（cypher/kbdb/registry/mcp）＋ui＝24 顆
- manifest built=2026-07-31 source=Arcrun@7e87a33（feat/step3-missing-guidance）
- 死零件 km_writer/claude_api/kbdb_upsert_block 消失（G13）；claude_api 在
  .component-builds 仍殘留、建置時排除（上游 Arcrun 待刪，已落帳）
- daemon 段沿用 v0.15.0（zips 非本機可重建、非本次修復範圍）
- 含 feat/step3 修復：isVirtualIoName（Input 角色假 found）＋registry input_schema
  透傳＋not_found 分型指路 suggestion＋recipe 兩庫查詢
