- `~/Documents/tech_projects/` 若讀不到（macOS TCC），立刻回報，不要硬撐；今天稍早發生過，leo 已開權限
- 正本也可從 `~/.claude/plugins/marketplaces/inkstone` clone（origin 是 `inkstone/ISEP.git`），
  今天 `v0.4.0` 那條線就是這樣施工的
- `main` 現在是 `8e7e265`（`v0.4.0`，`ask-user-question-guard.sh` 剛上線）
