關 inkstone/ISEP#81。取代 #95（那條分支因為 github-contact-guard 的 cwd bug 推不上去，內容原封搬到這裡）。

總管已逐檔驗過遠端內容與本機測過的那份逐位元相同，三套測試在合併後的樹上重跑：countdown 20/20、prod-write 37/37、pr-verdict 52/52。盤點數字在合併後重數：53 支 .sh／68 條註冊／38 支腳本。
