結論：硬擋。子票還開著時 PATCH 母票 state=closed → HTTP 412

📌 順帶一個規範缺口：close/* 七類裡沒有一類適合「實測探針」

⇒ 探針票刪不掉也歸不了類。這一格留給 §5 之後補。
