目標

發生過：subagent 回報的東西被總管當成另一件事更新（leo 09-05：「明明已經都憑 milestone 和票號了」）。派工單只有票號（派工鐵律之二）、工人有名字（ISEP#86）、留言第一行【身份】（reply-identity-guard）三件都有了，缺的是收件端的核對：總管改任何票的狀態前，該票號必須等於那位工人被派的票號。

驗收條件

  • 派給工人 X 的是 repo#A，X 的回報若寫 repo#B，總管對 #B 的 handback／say／close 被擋一次並印出「X 被派的是 #A」。
  • 同一 session 兩條線並行，各自回報，狀態各落各票（測試綠）。
