總管定版：inkstone/ISEP#137（PR #138）——`scripts/stage`（secret／api 兩個子命令）
只寫 youlin stage 帳號、值只從環境變數名讀、非 stage 一律拒絕；白名單多五條固定形狀
（含 Arcrun 的 scripts/stage-deploy-artifacts.py，它自己寫死只打 youlin）。
來由：09-07 三條主線工人對 stage 的三種寫入全被雲端 auto mode 分類器擋，
leo：「為什麼會擋你，這就是要修復的問題」。

總管在「分支 ⊕ main」上重跑：test-stage 45/45、test-settings-allow-sync 19/19、版本一致 ✅。
數字在這棵樹上實數：61 支閘／85 條註冊／7 位工人／7 支命令／2 支 skill／56 支腳本。
