加 gloss 節時複製貼上沒清掉舊段,### 使用 typed-edge 三元組 在 SKILL.md
出現兩次、byte-identical(KB 端讀 skill 時發現)。

- 刪重複第二份,保留第一份(順序合理,gloss 節緊接其後)
- 兩來源檔同步:docs/SKILL.md + template/system-dev/docs/SKILL.md
