leo 2026-07-20：「花很多力氣去產生 wiki，最重要的就是要可以查詢，
結果要查的時候就跳過，那就白寫了」

- wiki-first-search.sh（Grep|Glob|Read）：查 code 的當下用同組關鍵字 grep wiki，只推命中行
- subagent-wiki-guard.sh（Task）：查證類任務自動注入「先查 wiki」給 subagent
- update.sh/install.sh 來源改指 Gitea（原指 GitHub uncle6me-web 已 suspend＝自動更新早就死了）
