+會議室一律透過行事曆系統預約，先到先得。單次預約上限 2 小時，連續預約需部門主管核准。

+會後白板必須擦除，垃圾帶走，設備歸位。最後離開者關閉冷氣與電燈。

+大會議室配有視訊會議設備，首次使用請洽總務。線上會議請提前 10 分鐘測試麥克風與鏡頭。
