依據：3-specs/pending-changes.md P-2026-07-19（confirmed 2026-07-19，leo「好的可走」）＋3-specs/arcrun/artifact-sharing/tasks.md Phase 1（1.1-1.6）與 Phase 1.5（1.5-1〜1.5-6，含 07-19 兩補丁：public 匿名可讀、機制邊界＋changelog/diff）。

leo 定調摘要（開發前必讀）：

  1. 平台為實體、YAML 為視圖（D36）——workflow/recipe/template 是平台資料，版本/譜系/更新是平台內建能力。
  2. 分享≠同步：引擎/零件走 PR＋acr update 整庫對齊；artifacts 逐件選擇性 submit（100 支只發 2 支）、逐項訂閱、更新前看 changelog/YAML diff 再決定。
  3. 複本式分發鐵律：pull＝依賴全落地本實例 KBDB，runtime 零外部依賴，斷源只斷更新。
  4. visibility=public 匿名可讀（任何實例可查官方）；submit 需身份。
  5. 官方部署目標＝CF 帳號 youlin.hsieh.dev（現只佔位；uncle6=demo、leo21c=dogfood）。

建議首 PR 切法（最小核）：1.1 型別＋1.2 list/search＋1.3 取全文/pull 事件＋1.5-1 bundle 型＋1.5-2 installed_from 落籍。訂閱查詢（1.5-3）與多源（1.5-4）第二刀；self-check（1.5-5）第三刀。母範本＝cypher-executor routes/recipes.ts；KBDB 鐵律 D6 零建表。

流程：核心 worker 改動走正規 PR＋總管審＋gated 部署（先 leo21c dogfood，官方實例等端點成熟）。
