[總管] km_wiki_ingest 全庫同步後發現：① graph 出現
00-INDEX與notes/00-INDEX兩個 node（卡片 wikilink 帶桶前綴 vs canonical 檔名）——canonical 正規化該定在卡片規約或 parse 端，二擇一統一。② workflow FOREACH 多出邊時回應的results欄互相覆寫（不影響寫入正確性，外觀問題）。都低優，記帳防丟。
